વિદ્યાર્થીઓને 30 દિવસમાંથી 5 દિવસનું ભાડું ચૂકવીને પાસ મળશે. તેમને તેમની શાળા અથવા કોલેજની ફી માટે રસીદની જરૂર પડશે. ત્યારબાદ તેઓએ પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝના ફોટા સાથે પાસ કાઉન્ટર પર આપેલ ફોર્મ ભરવાનું રહેશે. તેમને તરત જ GSRTC તરફથી પાસ અને આઈડી કાર્ડ મળશે. પાસ રિન્યુ કરવા માટે તેઓએ ફક્ત જૂનો પાસ સબમિટ કરવો પડશે અને નવો પાસ મેળવવો પડશે. જ્યારે પાસની માન્યતા સમાપ્ત થાય છે, ત્યારે તેઓએ 3 દિવસની અંદર પાસને રિન્યુ કરવાની જરૂર છે અન્યથા તેઓએ સમગ્ર પ્રક્રિયાને પુનરાવર્તિત કરવાની જરૂર છે. અમુક પંચાયતો હેઠળના ગામોની છોકરીઓને મફત વિદ્યાર્થી પાસ મળે છે.
