The final Select/Waiting List has been prepared after making necessary changes in the Provisional Select/Waiting List on the basis of the representations made by the candidates and the document re-verification done as per the rules. LRD Waiting List 2018 Gujarat Lokrakshak Bharti Board (LRB) published final result for Lokrakshak (Constable) Recruitment 2016-17. The written exam was conducted on 23/10/2016 and the physical Tests (PET/PST) were conducted from 16/1/17 to 11/2/17, after which total 34,586 candidates were called for documentation verification as per their merit. Out of which, total 33,718 candidates remained present for the document Verification. After the completion of the document verification a Provisional Select List was uploaded on the LRB website on 05/04/2017. The candidates were asked to make representation if any, regarding the provisional Select List/ Waiting List by 12/04/2017.

Afterwards, he/she must immediately appear and represent in person at below mentioned address from 05/04/17 to 12/07/2017 during office hours (10:30 to 18:00hrs). It is to be noted that no such representation/ application shall be accepted through post. Also no one shall be intimated through post by the board.

- આ નિર્ણયને પરિણામે યુવા ઉમેદવારોને રોજગારીની સુવર્ણ તકની સાથે–સાથે જરૂરિયાત મુજબનું પોલીસ બળ રાજ્યમાં ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.
- આશાસ્પદ યુવાનો- યુવતીઓને વધુ રોજગારીની સોનેરી તક મળે તે માટે ૧૦ % ને બદલે હવે ૨૦% પ્રતીક્ષાયાદી તૈયાર કરવા સૌપ્રથમવાર ખાસ કિસ્સામાં નિર્ણય.
- આ નિર્ણયને પરિણામે જે ઉમેદવારો નોકરી માટે અરજી કરવાની મહતમ વય મર્યાદા પૂરી કરી ચૂક્યા હતા તેવા ઉમેદવારને સરકારી સેવામાં જોડવાની તક મળશે.

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government will operate 20 percent waiting list for male candidates of Lok Rakshak Dal (LRD) posts. A formal order in this regard will be out by noon on 24 April. This will offer more jobs to aspirants. Minister of State for Home, Harsh Sanghavi made this announcement after meeting with LRD candidates. Sanghavi said the decision has been taken in this meeting at 12.39 pm which is Vijay Muhurat. Sanghavi said the youths will be given jobs in a few days.
